Terms of service.
Last Updated: 21.02.25
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Hitch Digital Marketing ("we," "our," or "us"). By engaging with our services, you agree to abide by these Terms.
1. Services Provided
Hitch Digital Marketing offers digital marketing services, including Google advertising, paid media, social advertising, SEO content, and organic social media management. We strive to provide high-quality services that help clients achieve their marketing goals.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for the content they approve for publication. While we create and implement content strategies, clients have full approval rights and bear the ultimate responsibility for any content posted. Clients must ensure that all approved content complies with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Payments and Refunds
All services are billed on a subscription basis, requiring upfront payment at the start of each month. Due to the nature of paid media services and the inability to guarantee specific results, we do not offer refunds. However, our proven track record ensures client satisfaction. Subscription cancellations require a one-month notice period to avoid being charged for the following billing cycle.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, designs, and materials produced by Hitch Digital Marketing remain our intellectual property unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Clients are granted a limited license to use the content provided for the duration of their contract with us.
5. Limitation of Liability
Hitch Digital Marketing shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from marketing efforts and are not responsible for any errors, service interruptions, or losses incurred by clients.
6. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to clients through our website or direct communication. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
8. Contact Information
